Exnib (tofacitinib) 5 mg tablets are used to treat several autoimmune and inflammatory conditions by reducing inflammation and suppressing the immune system. It is a prescription drug and a type of medicine known as a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. 

Xeljanz 5mg Tablet is used to treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and ulcerative colitis. It helps decrease pain, tenderness, and swelling in the joints by reducing inflammation. It also helps slow the progression of bone and joint damage.

Tofacitinib is an Janus kinase inhibitor. It works by blocking the action of the enzyme, Janus kinase. This decreases inflammation and joint damage in rheumatoid arthritis.
